Optimist Club - Youth Boxing:
Level 1 is geared for kids starting out into a fitness routine or organized sporting activity. In this program we focus on the basics, including proper stance, basic combinations and defense.
Level 2 is geared for kids with a background in fitness or organized sports. In this program we expand on the boxing basics and introduce movements into all our drills. We explain and show the importance of cardiovascular endurance, strength training with a focus on core and stability functionality.
